Past Life Regression (PLR) and/or Therapeutic Guided Imagery

Past Life Regression

Millions of people around the world believe in reincarnation.  It is the idea that our soul inhabits a physical body for a lifetime,  learning from lessons and experiences.   At the time of death, the soul spends some time in a spiritual realm,  then returning into the physical realm to have more physical experiences.

Although there actually is plenty of anecdotal evidence to support this, it is hard to prove it scientifically.  The best thing curious people can do is have their own experience and draw their own conclusions.

Why it is used:

  • This type of hypnosis can allow you to see your life from a different perspective, providing insight and meaning.

  • You may be taken not only to the past but also to the future or to the space in between lives.

  • It may help in the process of grieving and forgiveness.

Help you understand why you feel a deep connection with certain places.

  • Explore your past life and current Soulmate experiences.
  • Identify physical ailments you have, which may be remnants of past life experiences.
  • Explore unresolved emotions which have carried through into this lifetime, creating fears or beliefs which you have been unable to explain.
  • Acknowledge and embrace the key lessons learned through those lives.

                                                      Be curious! Have fun!

Positive Changes begin and end with YOU!

THERAPEUTIC Guided imagery

John Hopkins says:

What is imagery?

The mind is a powerful healing tool.  Imagery (visualization) has harnessed the power of the mind through various therapies for centuries.

By creating images in your mind, you can reduce pain and other symptoms tied to your condition.

The more specific the visualization, the more helpful it will likely be.

People are taught to imagine sights, sounds, smells, tastes, or other sensations to create a kind of daydream that "removes" them from or gives them control over their present circumstances.

Imagery will usually involves a program with certain aims and goals. You are guided to visualize your goals and work toward them.

This involves thinking of a certain goal to help cope with health problems.

Guided imagery is most often used as a relaxation technique.

It involves sitting or lying quietly and imagining yourself in a favorite peaceful setting such as a beach, meadow, or forest.

Studies have shown that imagery can help the mind and body relax. It can also help:

Manage anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Help reduce pain
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Lessen nausea
  • Give you a better sense of control and well-being
