MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Before becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist C.Ht.and M.Ht., I spent 30 plus years working in the field of professional mental health counseling.  I hold graduate degrees and specialize in trauma and personality disorders. 

Through the years, I saw firsthand how powerful hypnosis can be in helping people move FORWARD, and create lasting, REAL change.

Today, I combine that experience with personalized hypnosis sessions designed to help each client reach their own unique goals in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

  My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you reconnect with the confidence, strength, and peace that are already within you.
